This Policy explains how Hanuman Lok handles personal information for https://hanumanlok.in, physical-product orders and support. Our business address is 78-A, Phase-2, Panditwari, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248007, India. We process information for the purposes below and in accordance with applicable law.

When you order or contact us, we may receive your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, delivery contact number, order details, payment status and correspondence. Where an account is used through our commerce provider, relevant account information may also be processed. Support requests may include photographs you send of a product or packaging. Hosting and commerce providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information and request logs for operation, security and troubleshooting. You can browse product pages without creating an account.

3. Payment information

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Payment details are processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider under their own privacy and security terms. Hanuman Lok receives order and payment-status information needed for fulfilment and refunds; this website does not directly collect or store full payment-card details. Do not send card details, banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords to support.

4. Use and sharing

We use necessary information to process orders, arrange shipping, provide updates, answer enquiries, assess returns and refunds, prevent fraud, secure the website, maintain records and meet legal obligations. If marketing communications are offered, applicable consent requirements will be followed and you may opt out.

We share necessary information with Shopify, payment providers, hosting providers, couriers and support or technical providers involved in operating the store. Couriers, for example, need delivery details. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect legal rights. We do not sell customer personal information. External services have their own privacy terms.

5. Storage, cookies and processing locations

The storefront uses browser session storage for the shopping-bag item count. Shopify checkout may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout and security. Providers may process information outside India; we do not claim that all information is stored exclusively in India. Processing is subject to applicable law and the relevant providers’ arrangements and policies.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as needed for orders, support, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, business records and legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and purpose; deletion may be limited where records must lawfully be retained.

7. Your choices and requests

We may verify your identity and will explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fulfilled in full. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent services that require the information, such as delivery. Do not send unnecessary identity documents with your initial request.

Describe your concern and include an order reference where relevant. Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month of receipt in accordance with applicable requirements. Working hours do not extend these applicable time limits.
